Santa Rosa de Huechuraba) se observan al menos 3 accesos vehiculares, adem&aacute;s de las medidas de mitigaci&oacute;n vial presentadas en el Anexo 9 &ldquo;Otros&rdquo; de la DIA espec&iacute;ficamente en el esquema de Medidas de Mitigaci&oacute;n vial adjunto (plano 1) entre las cuales se observan pavimentaciones y urbanizaciones que debe materializar el Titular. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

Al respecto, se reitera lo se&ntilde;alado en el art&iacute;culo 19 literal a.5 del Reglamento del SEIA, el cual se&ntilde;ala los contenidos m&iacute;nimos que deber&aacute;n estar presentes en las Declaraciones, en este caso, en relaci&oacute;n a la fase de construcci&oacute;n:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Espec&iacute;ficamente en lo referido a medio ambiente f&iacute;sico, considera como componente la Hidr&oacute;sfera y subcomponente &ldquo;<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">Recursos h&iacute;dricos continentales como hidrolog&iacute;a, hidrogeolog&iacute;a y calidad de las aguas superficiales y subterr&aacute;neas</i>&rdquo; informando que &ldquo;<i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal">El proyecto no contempla intervenci&oacute;n de causas naturales&rdquo;. <o:p></o:p></i></span></p>

Al respecto, como ya se ha mencionado anteriormente y conforme lo se&ntilde;ala el Titular, </span><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES; mso-ansi-language: ES" lang="ES">el Proyecto se emplaza en </span><u><span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;,&quot;serif&quot;; font-size: 12pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES">Av. SM/AGD/ N&deg;4438, de fecha 15 de junio de 2016, por la Seremi de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones RM, y en el esquema de Medidas de Mitigaci&oacute;n vial adjunto (plano 1), se observa que el Titular realizar&aacute; la pavimentaci&oacute;n y urbanizaci&oacute;n de Av. Santa Rosa de Huechuraba en parte del Sector Este del Proyecto de lo anterior se desprende que el Titular intervendr&aacute; el &ldquo;Canal los Choros&rdquo;.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp;</span><o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><font face="Times New Roman">Por su parte la DOH mediante Ord. 943 de fecha 14 de julio de 2016 tambi&eacute;n se refiere al &ldquo;Canal Los Choros&rdquo; observando que:<o:p></o:p></font></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><o:p><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></o:p></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><font face="Times New Roman">&ldquo;El Certificado de Informaciones Previas, consigna el riesgo natural por efecto del canal Los Choros, sobre lo se presenta en anexos un &ldquo;Estudio de Inundaci&oacute;n para el Terreno Ubicado en Santa Rosa de Huechuraba N&deg; 7350&rdquo;. Se aclara que el canal Los Choros es un cauce natural, &nbsp;por lo cual, para los estudios de riesgo de inundaci&oacute;n, &nbsp;se debiera adoptar un periodo de retorno acorde a esta condici&oacute;n.<o:p></o:p></font></span></i></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 21.3pt"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><font face="Times New Roman">Se hace presente adem&aacute;s, la necesidad de definir las fajas de restricci&oacute;n a partir de la aplicaci&oacute;n del Plan Regulador Metropolitano de Santiago, en lo que corresponda.&rdquo;<o:p></o:p></font></span></i></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><i style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><o:p><font face="Times New Roman">&nbsp;</font></o:p></span></i></p>
